… work includes restoration of the front porch and will include repair and restoration of the wood columns, railings and trim. The porch will be painted to match the original colors used by the Silversteen family, including a sky blue ceiling, gray flooring, and white columns and trim.

The contractor for the restoration work is Roess Builders LLC of Brevard, owner, Henry Roess.
